Falschau Agbodoh
The painter Falschau Agbodoh was born in Togo in 1969 suffering from a physical handicap. He chose to live and to work in Togo since his childhood so as to pass on with tenderness and forces in his paintings Togo which see his fellow countrymen. By leaving elements of his lived, Falschau Agbodoh proposes us through chosen themes a particular journey.
Indeed, he draws his inspiration from Togo of always, with for places of preference, the women by coming back from the collection of the water, the men, the cotton weavers, the players of kora. He stages the everyday life of dynamic Togo. These tackled issues as well as these conductive lines bring us to seize the spirituality of his art. A subtle message sends back to a credibly recognizable show of the reality. As a matter of fact, the artist is the reflection of the Togolese people honoring the beauty of the scenes of life, which he glorifies by a mixture of warm colors and sophisticated lines.
